non-contact radiant dryers can be manufactured with a thermal capacity up to 600 kWh and length of the dryers up to 3 meters according to the customer’s request.
ceramic-metal elements of 1200 °C, also known as non-contact radiant dryers, have been used in several thousand paper and cardboard factories around the world in order to achieve higher quality, reduce energy costs, increase production (increase line speed) and also enable the production of special and coated papers.
In Iran, many manufacturing factories currently use non-contact dryers, and this has increased the production and variety of produced paper, as well as reducing the cost of energy and as a result, the competitive advantage of these factories.
